Common questions
When will my order ship?
We ship the same business day for orders placed before 2 PM Gulf Standard Time. Orders placed later (or on weekends and UAE public holidays) ship the next business day.
How do I track my package?
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also check status from your account at any time.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, message us with your order number and the new address — we'll update it. Once shipped, the address can't be changed.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes for letter-sized accessories. Larger items (robotics kits, monitors, etc.) require a street address with someone who can sign.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
The carrier will leave a card with re-delivery instructions or a pickup location. After three failed attempts the parcel is returned to us — message us to coordinate a re-ship.
