How long does delivery take?

Within the UAE, standard delivery is 1โ€“3 business days. International orders typically arrive within 5โ€“10 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes โ€” message us right away with your order number and the new address and we'll update it. Once shipped, the address can't be changed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping fees and taxes are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Returns & refunds

14-day returns on most items.

What's your return policy?

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they're unused and in original packaging. Some items (opened consumables, custom orders) are final-sale.

How do I start a return?

Head to your account, find the order, and click "Request return". Or message us with your order number and we'll send you a return label.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3โ€“5 business days. Bank processing on top of that typically takes another 2โ€“7 days.

Do your STEM kits include instructions?

Yes โ€” every kit ships with printed instructions and a QR code that links to step-by-step videos and downloadable code.

Are batteries included?

Battery requirements vary by product. Check the "What's in the box" section on each product page. Items that need 18650 cells generally don't include them due to shipping regulations.

What's your warranty?

Most products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. If something stops working through normal use, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Account & payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also offer cash on delivery within the UAE for orders under AED 1,000.

Is my payment info secure?

Yes โ€” all payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment gateway. We never store full card details on our servers.

How do I update my account details?

Sign in to your account and head to the Profile tab. For security, name and email changes are reviewed by our team and applied within 24 hours.
